What I want our Prime Minister Modi to do...?

There are many things that Modi can do and will have to do, I don’t think he needs our suggestions because he is already gathered a lot of ideas from the class of people he surrounds and the mastermind he has got…
Yet if he by mistake reads this, hope these are the best things he could do:
  1. Install instant plastic recycling centers: Installing plastic recycling center’s in the ratio of 1 for 5 districts then probably the requirement or demand for plastics would dip and correspondingly help the cause of Swaach Barath.
  2. Decrease or Kill Brain Drain completely (to all those studying in India under any remuneration or scholarship, especially for those studying in IIT, NIT's, Govt. Colleges should issue or declare a bond for 5 yrs to work in India for INDIA) Brain drain is one of the major issues that detains the country from developing. It should be stopped by providing govt. norms.
  3. Govt. sponsoring a single abandoned child from every district to achieve the highest level of education and help him achieve his passion and make him/her master of all the skills and later task him or her to sponsor 5 children to get the best support as he got. Similarly continuing this process would kill - loss of skilled people, unemployment, low literacy, poverty.

  4. Achieve Educational perfection, the major problem we see in youngsters, as well as school-going students, is that they are at the loss of their passion. They are unaware of their own abilities and skills and unknowingly get into the wrong place. Analysts should be employed in schools with a special curriculum that understands the taste of the students and acknowledges them the way to achieve it. All the time our students of this generation are getting misdirected and leading to a catastrophe. This could only be stopped by adding certain mechanisms in school to acknowledge the student's inner desires and be ready before their 10th class exams about the ambitions of their life.

  5. Increase educational standards, I read a story about the education system in India by Mr. MANOHAR Parikar (Ex Cabinet, CM Goa) who narrated the story of watermelons. Summarizing it, it says that the best outgoing students must be the ones to teach the next generation of students which correspondingly would increase the standards of education, which is not happening and instead is going in an anti-climax direction. Nowadays the worst of the students out of no choice join teaching which ultimately is killing the next generation of students and correspondingly the others. A solution to this is: to increase the incentives given to the teachers, lecturers, and professors and evaluate them regularly, and accordingly increase their remuneration.
  6. Acknowledge every single politician, IAS officer, IES Officers that they are doing service as it says: Indian Administrative Service, they need to work hard to put our country ahead not expecting any returns. And if selected for IAS, should know there is only nationalism, there is only people's respect, and there is only you and your respect that u can demand and not the extra money or luxuries, those are just the bonus.

  7. Empower women, teach every woman how to save themselves out of any situation, train them, and give them mental confidence by giving free physical training. Start by giving compulsory education to all girls in schools of the same. Make them empowered and that will decrease divorces, rapes, infant mortality, death rate, life expectancy, etc

  8. Build schools with low fees like KV's (Kendriya Vidyalayas) and ensure a maximum of students enrolled. Go to them, rather than they come to us. Give the financially poor the first chance.
  9. Stop corruption by digitalizing everything that matters with Govt. Like E-tenders etc.

  10. Provide farmers a safe environment; give them first priority at every conference, meeting, get-together, or any public welfare program.
I intentionally didn’t mention caste system, because it’s quite an impossible thing to remove, because around 33% of people are getting credits from this system and they obviously would completely be against this move...

Plus if u remove the caste sys and try to use a financial basis as a ground to offer reservations, then u can’t get enough true system, the segregation process will contain a lot of disrupting corruptionists and following which there could be major debates that would just be prevented by not stopping this caste system.
Let the caste sys remain, but at a reduced proportion, that could be my advice...I think there are other lot things that I habit to say, but for now, this is fine. Hope this answer helps anyone…
